Liam started horse therapy on Tuesday. Referred by his physical therapist to a place called PARTNERS in Lakeside, CA we called and made him an appointment with Karen, the executive director. We picked Justin up after school and off the three of us galloped to discover how Liam would sit a horse! Horse therapy, or hippotherapy its technical name, is supposed to work wonders for people with developmental disabilities. For his first time, and his age, Karen said he did wonderfully well. As for me and Justin, we LOVED being on the ranch! He even got to bring home a big, dirty rock he found!
Great job Liam. Looks like lots of fun. I think by the looks of the last picture he wasn't so sure of the close proximity of the horse. He so darn cute.
